What we can help with

• Corrections. A detail that has changed, a property that has closed or moved, a name we have spelled wrong. Please include the page and, where you can, a source.
• Suggestions. Hotels that fit one of the four categories and are not yet listed. Tell us what makes the building worth an entry.
• Editorial and press questions. Anything about how the index is put together or how entries are chosen.

What we cannot help with

We cannot take reservations, check availability, change or cancel a booking, or pass a message to a hotel's front desk. NHL Roud is not an agent for any property listed here and has no access to their systems. For anything to do with an actual stay, contact the hotel directly.

We also do not publish paid entries, sponsored placements or link exchanges, so enquiries of that kind will not get a useful answer.
